DocFlow is currently offered as a free service. As such, no refunds are applicable as no charges are made to users.

Future Paid Features

If and when we introduce paid features:

• Users will have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual subscriptions

Cancellation Process

To cancel your DocFlow account:

1. Visit your Chrome Extensions page
2. Find DocFlow in your list of extensions
3. Click "Remove" to uninstall
4. Your data will be automatically deleted after 30 days
